According to icrunchdata, job posting growth in the last 3 months:
Big Data (general) +26% at 462,817
Data Privacy +31% at 19,451
Marketing Analytics +19% at 27,516
Data Science +30% at 80,562
For comparison, we can look at indeed.com. The jobs with "Big Data" in the title or keywords grew extremely rapidly starting in 2011, although as of Nov 26, 2013 indeed.com finds only about 10,200 jobs with "Big Data" in the title, keywords, or company. Note that in the last few months of 2013 Big Data jobs stopped growing, which may represent a rebranding of these jobs, rather than slowing of demand.
