Under the responsibility of the Senior Manager Organization and Workforce Optimization of the Operations Optimization Division, you draw up recommendations in line with the strategy put in place by management and provide analytical support to facilitate decision support. On the basis of the data transmitted by the partner teams, you will work on the sizing of the staff working hours resources for the planning department and the operational divisions. Responsibilities Your mission? Develop the budget in manpower hours required for the expected operational activity Analyze the management indicators and recommend workforce management solutions (vacations, reassignments, hires, etc.) Optimize the workload Build the activity forecasting model in line with the specifications established with the client and the different variations Prepare analytical support for operational teams during improvement projects Communicate the results to customers and management Participate in industry projects and contribute to Division initiatives Realize the recruitment plan Conduct adhoc studies of the impacts of the various decisions for the destination Disneyland Paris (opening or closing of attractions, shops, hotels, restaurants, the park) on the sizing of resource Your profile? Graduate with a master 2 or equivalent in finance or a similar field, supplemented by an experience in management control (internships / alternation) Excellent command of Excel, given the size of the statistical elements to take into account, ability to create pivot tables, (macros would be a plus), notions on Access and Business Object and appetence for some IT tools Rigor and ability to self-control, autonomy, common sense and notion of quantities to avoid mistakes Ability to develop recommendations in a synthetic and relevant way Taste of teamwork and mutual help Excellent interpersonal skills for exchanges with all stakeholders and obtain the necessary information Ability to evolve in a constantly changing environment English intermediate level (B1) The difference Disneyland Paris?
