The Revenue Management and Analytics (RM&A) team supports clients across Walt Disney Parks & Resorts including Ticketing, Resorts, Food & Beverage (F&B), and Merchandise in the core competencies of Pricing, Revenue Management, Yield Management, and Revenue Forecasting and Planning. Candidates should have a natural curiosity to understand the "why" behind business performance, take a proactive role in problem-solving, be results oriented, be able to prioritize and be a team player in a collaborative environment. This position will lead an F&B Pricing and Revenue Management team in developing, analyzing and executing pricing strategies and tactics to maximize profitability for the Parks & Resorts lines of business at Walt Disney World (WDW) and will report to a Sr. Manager-Pricing. Responsibilities Lead a team of direct reports supporting the fast paced and dynamic F&B Pricing team in developing, analyzing and executing pricing strategies to maximize profitability and while optimizing revenue opportunities. Develop and lead evolution of pricing strategies and tools to deliver on future vision, while ensuring success of current initiatives and proactively identifying areas of opportunity through analytic expertise. Collaborate with key partners across the organization (e.g., Forecasting, Technology, Line of Business, Digital, Commercial Strategies, Consumer Insight-Measure & Analytics, Disney Reservation Center, Legal) to understand and communicate business performance, new initiatives and drive strategic opportunities. Basic Qualifications Minimum five plus years work experience in business analysis and/or strategy development Proven analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to translate complex analytical strategies to a diverse group of shareholders Solutions-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving team objectives Strong business acumen, specifically excelling in identifying new areas of opportunity Demonstrated ability to champion new ideas and projects from beginning through implementation Proven ability to lead and develop a team of direct reports at varying levels Demonstrated partnering and influencing skills across the organization with the ability to integrate diverse points of view toward a desired solution Ability to establish and meet deadlines, handle many competing priorities and perform responsibilities with minimal supervision Proven ability to establish relationships while building trust and credibility, and transitioning seamlessly between all levels of the organization Preferred Qualifications Proven knowledge of Food & Beverage Pricing and Revenue Management strategies Working knowledge of WDW Operations Experience of leading direct reports through change management Required Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or other quantitative field or equivalent Preferred Education Master’s degree or equivalent Additional Information We strongly encourage applicants to upload a copy of their resume and to print a copy of this role description so they can refer to it in the event they are selected for an interview.
