The Pricing organization is part of a team that supports clients across Disney Parks, Experiences & Consumer Products including Ticketing, Resorts, Merchandise and Food & Beverage in the core competencies of yield management, revenue planning, pricing, promotions and optimization. Candidates should have a natural curiosity to understand the "why" behind business performance, take a proactive role in problem-solving, be results oriented, be able to prioritize and be a team player in a collaborative environment. This position will report to a Manager-Pricing. Responsibilities Achieve business goals and objectives - Evaluate key business drivers to measure the success of pricing decisions, incorporating science based insights to identify strategic opportunities, and collaborating with partners to project manage and execute annual and promotional pricing decisions and initiatives Integrate - Partner with the Decision Science team to integrate advanced analytics and insights into the resorts pricing process Collaborate with key partners –Develop and maintain relationships with Marketing, Research, Legal, and Forecasting/Revenue Management to communicate performance, understand new initiatives, and identify impacts of strategic opportunities Basic Qualifications Minimum three to five year’s work experience in business analysis and/or strategy development Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products, with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint Demonstrated familiarity with statistical analysis and software Demonstrated problem-solving, creative thinking, and partnering skills Demonstrated exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to shift readily between technical and non-technical terminology depending on audience Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform job responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision Demonstrated exceptional sense of responsibility, ownership, and pride in delivering quality results and understanding the business impact Preferred Qualifications Five plus years work experience in business analysis and/or strategy development Proven knowledge of Disney Theme Parks & Resorts Prior experience with pricing, revenue management, and/or forecasting Demonstrated project management skills with ability to deliver on-time projects Experience working with complex and large volumes of data, database applications, and data visualization software (e.g., Access, Teradata, Oracle, and Tableau) Required Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Industrial Engineering or other quantitative field Preferred Education Master’s degree or equivalent Additional Information We strongly encourage applicants to upload a copy of their resume and to print a copy of this role description so they can refer to it in the event they are selected for an interview.
