Assist the Helpdesk Lead Technician with analysis and reporting of the activities of the support processes. Provide insight and suggestions about ways to improve the Helpdesk and Support functions within the company Cover a rotating weekend on-call support shift on Saturday and Sunday approximately once a month. Be available to provide additional coverage when clients have major system implementations.
