The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering or other related field. Experience in three-dimensional kinematic and kinetic data collection in a motion analysis center is desired, as well as experience in the use and management of Vicon Motion Capture Camera System (Vantage 5 and Vue cameras, Nexus data collection software, etc.), AMTI forceplates, Delsys Trigno system for electromyography data collection and C-Motion Visual 3D software. A successful candidate will possess: Knowledge in computer programming (MATLAB and LabView) Good interpersonal and strong communication skills to interact with patients, families and all members of the healthcare system. The ability to relate effectively and sensitively to children and families with different developmental levels and backgrounds. BLS certification.
