Financial Analyst IMPACT AND OPPORTUNITY The Financial Analyst supports the global budget and forecasting processes as well as assist in the preparation of creating the report out to management. This role will work closely with the global sales team to deliver reports and analysis to understand customer trends and influence decision making. The Financial Analyst will be the responsible for delivering detailed sales data analytics by customer and program to various levels of management throughout the organization. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in global sales budget process by working with Account Managers to ensure accurate forecast information Maintain budget timelines and forms Work closely with Sales department to report and analyze variances Maintain Master Data in SAP for North American Region by customer and program Assist with preparation and maintenance of rolling forecast and YTD forecast Assist Monthly/quarterly analytical review & reporting of information in comparison to budget and prior Support in Monthly Acquisition Reporting QUALIFICATIONS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 3 years of position-related experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience working with global budgeting or forecasting Advanced Excel experience, including complex formulas, simple macros, process automation, complex graphs, and pivot tables Automotive Experience SAP Experience Strong Communication skills LI-AM1 NICE TO KNOW TRAVEL: None LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBLITIES: None COMPETENCIES Deliver Results Understand the mission and output of your team; set SMART objectives and deliver Drive Change Focus on agility and commitment to continuous improvement; Understand and act on internal and external drivers of change Build Capability Foster a culture of learning and development; Support individual growth through continuous feedback to achieve personal and professional goals Cultivate Innovation Openly embrace, create, implement and support new and innovative ideas, processes and technology that deliver business results PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT All positions in our office require interaction with people and technology while either standing or sitting.
