Requisition ID: 43043 Title: Reliability Analyst - SC Division: Arthrex Manufacturing Inc (US02) Location: AMI South Carolina (US28) This position will be located at the new Arthrex manufacturing facility in Sandy Springs, SC. This is an administrative position that requires excellent computer skills, the ability to work well independently and strong multi-tasking skills. Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets is required; SAP software experience is strongly preferred. Main Objective: Ensure proper procedures are followed to maintain compliance, accuracy and integrity of departmental documents. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform data entry and reporting utilizing the Enterprise Asset Management software. Coordinate the daily preventative maintenance program to identify and eliminate discrepancies. Report and maintain records of corrective maintenance activities and identify discrepancies. Coordinate and identify necessary SAP work flow changes needed for the preventative maintenance program. Use root cause analysis techniques to identify maintenance work request discrepancies by reviewing SAP transactions. Perform inventory adjustments in SAP for spare parts and repairs. Exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills. Monitor those MRO items utilized by the maintenance team that have a shelf life/expiration date. Identify potential areas for inventory discrepancies and report these to management. Work on special projects with members of the team as needed. Perform other administrative tasks as needed. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related discipline preferred Strong computer skills required, including proficiency with standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Must have good working knowledge of Excel spreadsheet concepts Prior SAP experience desired Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills: Must have ability to read tape measure and ruler in addition to the required computer skills. Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Mathematical Skills: Ability to comprehend and apply mathematical principles using a calculator to the degree required to perform the job based upon job requirements including: addition, subtraction, multiplication, calculating percentages and interpreting decimals. Language and Communication Skills: Ability to comprehend and apply language skills to the degree required to perform the job based upon the job requirements listed above. Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to other team members and management. Ability to clearly and legibly write and record data and information as required by procedures.
