I. Job Summary The First Watch IT Infrastructure Manager is directly responsible for managing and maintaining all aspects the Company’s Microsoft AD, O365 and Azure environments. The ability to lead, plan and manage MS Networking, data center solutions. Constant review of security and access controls to ensure business success. II. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions in this job description are not all-inclusive of this position’s duties and responsibilities. Reliable and dependable attendance is required. Experienced in managing hybrid on prem\Azure Active Directory deployments. Strong understanding of SAML and other SSO solutioning. Detailed skills around deploying and maintaining One Drive and MS Teams. Strong understanding of creating and managing GPOs, scripting and Exchange server online. The ability to manage and build VMWare and Hyper-V environments. Experience with building and maintaining server and data center hardware. Strong understanding around backup and recovery technologies, Datto is a plus. Experienced with patching solutions for PC’s and server hardware. Meraki Dashboard and configuration experience is a plus. Understanding of networking technology and design. Provides Help Desk support for user community in a professional, promptly and polite manner. Proactively designs/re-evaluates procedures and processes to expedite problem resolution and eliminate obstacles for end-users. Provides afterhours emergency on call pager based on scheduled rotation to support to organization. Ensures compliance with First Watch IT Policies and Procedures. Ensures quarterly and periodic system audits are performed and documented. Maintains documentation on all support procedures, opening checklists and standards. Communicates regularly with supervisor to ensure projects and objectives are prioritized and completed on time. III. Leadership Responsibilities and Reporting The IT Infrastructure Manager reports to the SVP of IT and provides direct support to this position as well as the other Technology leaders and provides ongoing support to all FW employees. This position has no direct reports. IV. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. · Minimum of eight years’ Microsoft solutioning experience. · Azure planning and sizing experience. · MS Certifications are preferred. V. Additional Physical Requirements Must be able to frequently stand, walk, view computer monitors, give & receive oral communication, bend, squat, reach above shoulder level, and discern color.
