Vice President of Technology Role The Vice President of Information Technology is the Senior Leader of IT for the organization. We are looking for a creative leader to develop the IT team and implement unique applications to streamline the internal processes and drive business initiatives. You will be engaged in and accountable for the creation, development, execution, and supervision of all aspects of IT services across the organization, as well as all strategic and tactical initiatives required to support the organization’s IT needs. You will leverage IT innovations to create marketable products both internally and externally. This role has 20 IT staff throughout the United States and requires a service-oriented, hands-on working Leader. Responsibility Participate in overall IT planning, strategy development, and execution of departmental objectives with consensus around the organizational vision. Implement AI in a Call Center Environment to drive business initiatives Gather, synthesize and analyze data to drive business needs Develop and maintain the IT organization of the company. Promote an organizational culture that rewards customer service, high performance, teamwork, and accountability. Engage Senior Executives in the understanding of the plans, initiatives, implementation, and cost to execute new IT Systems organization-wide. Leader for the management of all IT vendor relationships. Carry out responsibilities as a hands-on Leader, conducting work directly as well as managing major projects. Ensure the enterprise production organization provides effective technical support and problem management services. This function includes the development of proactive processes for problem detection, reporting, tracking, and measurement. Forecast IT systems that ensure computing, network, training, support, and other infrastructure capabilities meet current and future business environment needs. Drive the development, implementation, and adherence to strategic initiatives within the specific IT discipline for the organization. Lead ERP implementation; ensure that the company’s ERP systems and EDI strategies align to facilitate the flow of information across the organization. Drive the identification and delivery of the various tactical initiatives and tasks that support the execution of the approved strategies. Ensure effective processes are in place to continuously refresh infrastructure, maintain proper release levels and disaster recovery, while proactively applying progressive security strategies. Develop and maintain appropriate budgeting and Accounting for IT and support the overall departmental and company fiduciary goals. Requirements Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems and minimum of 10 years as IT Director/Manager or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering Information Systems Experience in all traditional infrastructure areas, including data centers, call centers, network, planning and engineering, support, deployment, help desk, and disaster recovery planning and storage capacity. Experience in leading an ERP implementation Experience managing and improving a CRM Excellent multi-generation segment technology planning and rationalization experience with an excellent understanding of product system architecture(s), platforms and core technologies. Broad knowledge of data processing systems, concepts, and methodologies. Demonstrated expertise in managing LAN, WAN, and SAN technologies, including network-based high availability components. Proficient in a diverse technology environment. Experience in implementing effective and innovative software development methodologies. Communicator with vigorous leadership approaches to transform an organization going through rapid growth development. Demonstrate strong work ethics with integrity, honesty, stamina, advance organization, and planning skills, effective follow-through, adaptive management style, and competent executor of tasks within deadlines.
