Division Overview Hubbell Commercial & Industrial (HCI) provides solutions for a broad range of non-residential and residential construction, commercial and industrial applications along with high-voltage test and measurement solutions. HCI has built its success through strong leadership, employee and customer loyalty and an exceptional sales force.Posting Address Remote Position-location flexible Dallas, TX ek LI-EK1 Position Overview Focusing on End Users, developing and integrating?Hubbell Premise product specifications for IT Network Infrastructure?National End User accounts, as well as IT National Integrators. Work in conjunction with Field Sales to enhance existing National End User specifications, as well as develop new accounts. Develop and implement specifications for key accounts and work in conjunction with local Field Sales Reps to maintain the account. Provide maintenance template to insure we remain engaged with National End User decision makers in individual territories. Conduct Industry Standard and Product specific presentations for End Users/Integrators to insure maximum penetration in to accounts. Assist National End User Accounts in writing product specifications to insure Hubbell product standardization throughout all locations. Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate development ofNational End User Accounts and marketingprograms to support field sales efforts through direct implementation of these programs. Conduct business reviews with National Integrators ? regional and corporate. Build strong working relationships with key Integrator decision makers. Demonstrate ability to work with National Integrators to establish Hubbell as a nationally recognized end to end solutions provider. Demonstrate strong communication skills, verbal and written. Monthly reporting requirements should demonstrate ability in executive summary format to speak to major issues related to monthly activities. Responsible to communicate with Regional Managers and Field Sales regarding major issues related to national and regional account opportunities. Responsible for meeting divisional sales, profit margin and growth expectations for National End User market segment through direct account responsibility of key National Integrators. Identify opportunities within assigned accounts to leverage HPW capabilities for purpose of growing sales. Develop in conjunction with the Vice President of Sales annual National Account-End User sales forecasts. Develop and coordinate marketing programs and action plans that pertain to Integrators and End Users on a National level. Monitor account activity to insure maximum penetration of Hubbell Premise Products. Develop and implement National Integrator incentive programs and sales targets. Coordinate all related customer activities for assigned accounts. Includes consistent and timely introduction of new products, Industry Standards updates and specification revisions based on customer needs. Develop and conduct presentations and support materials to educate assigned account base on Hubbell products, applications and industry standards and trends. Report on industry trends and provide end user strategy for local end user accounts. Skills and Experience BS in Business Administration or Marketing; 10 years sales and/or marketing work experience. End User experience preferred. Travel requirements 35% and as required. Strong presentation skills, product knowledge and industry standards knowledge are required.
