Position Overview:As our Level 2/3 support, you will be responsible for providing third-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software, and application issues. This individual will respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via the telephone, or electronically. They will advise users of appropriate actions, follow standard operating procedures, and log all help desk interactions.
