Aegis UK is the London-based company of Aegis Human Consulting Group, a family of companies specializing in executive recruitment, assessment and consultancy services, founded in Milan in 2002.

Aegis supports clients across a variety of business sectors, and the company’s brands have a strong reputation in Financial Services (Aegis FSI), Fashion & Luxury (FourCorners) and Energy (GreenTalent).
In order to meet clients’ needs, the Aegis Group also delivers assessment and consulting support through in-house decision support systems (BeInValYou) which provide deep insights at an individual, team and organizational level.

The Aegis Group established a presence in London in 2016, with a view to leverage its capabilities internationally and to ensure that it acts as a strategic partner for clients in fast-moving and competitive global markets.
