What we are looking for:
The Digital Marketing Analyst will be a highly valued member of the Revenue & Analytics team. This role will be the subject matter expert in marketing analytics, especially with using Google Analytics. This role will analyze site behavior and customer conversion funnels KPI’s using various analytics tools to recommend changes and improve performance for the company. This role requires thought leadership and deep analytical horsepower that will drive the innovation and processes that will convert raw data into valuable business insights and strategies.

Some of which you will be accountable for:
Manage Google Analytics implementation, including segments, funnels, custom reports, custom dimension, experiments, attribution models and ad hoc reporting.
Use data and analytics to optimize marketing throughout the organization for multiple marketing channels/campaigns and across multiple brands/marketing platforms (web, mobile, apps, call tracking).
Provide dynamic analysis and outline opportunities to profitably grow sales, spend marketing budgets more efficiently, and track progress towards key marketing strategy and tactical goals.
Work directly with marketing and business leaders to identify and understand business challenges, develop performance baselines and design strategies for measurably improving new campaigns/creative/flows/funnels against baselines.
Analyze customer/prospect behaviors and KPI’s using analytics tools and make recommendations.
Improve campaign performance by implementing A/B testing from end-to-end, including, ideation and design, monitoring and reporting of results.
Help manage the tagging infrastructure, which includes source data generation (campaign tagging, page tagging, event tagging) and data capture/filtering (Default Channel Groupings in Google Analytics).
Help onboard new marketing partners which often includes setting up campaign tracking, reporting and sometimes Base/Conversions pixels in Google Tag Manager (GTM).
We are looking for you if…
You’re passionate about all things marketing and analytics. Good vibes, good energy is a must. Our ideal candidate has at least 3 years’ experience in an analytical role with a strong background in data analysis and quantitative thinking, along with a strong ability to interpret results and provide insights. You have experience with designing and setting up A/B test with Optimize, Optimizely, or VWO and campaign/website tagging – experience with Google Analytics 360, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, Data Studio, DoubleClick, and any Call Tracking system a big plus.
Other qualities that would make you successful in this role:
2+ years of dedicated experience with technical marketing
1+ years of managing Google Analytics for a company.
Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel.
Able to provide detailed and accurate reporting.
Detail orientated and self-motivated with a proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience using data visualization tools
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and an excellent creative problem solver, with a proven ability to successfully manage multiple, disparate streams of work in a challenging, dynamic environment
Should be highly analytical and driven by finding key insights from complex data sets
Proven ability to execute and promote continuous improvement and to immediately add value to the team
Superior verbal and written communication skills, ability to convey rigorous mathematical concepts and considerations to non-experts
Bonus Points if you have the following…
Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business/Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, or other technical or quantitative field strongly preferred.
Google Analytics Certification.
Exposure to mobile app analytics.
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Solid business acumen and understanding of marketing strategies
Ability to develop cross-department cooperation and understanding of optimal solutions proven out by analytic rigor
Use advanced data visualization techniques to communicate solutions to business stakeholders
