Partners for HOME

Partners for HOME serves as the Collaborative Applicant for the Atlanta Continuum of Care (CoC) — a HUD program that promotes community-wide commitment to the goal of ending homelessness and provides funding for efforts by nonprofit providers and state and local governments to quickly rehouse people impacted by homelessness.

We bring together government, nonprofit, business and community stakeholders to make homelessness rare, brief and nonrecurring.

Job summary The Vice President of Data & Impact will support Partners for HOME’s mission and strategic priorities by serving as a key leadership team member and active participant in strategic decision-making affecting Partners for HOME by: Partnering in setting and driving organizational vision, and strategy to ensure that continuous quality improvement, data and impact is directed towards creating a homeless crisis response system that advances equity and achieves the goals of the homeless system’s strategic plan.
