Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and requisitions for job orders with clients.
- Interview candidates by video or phone to assess skills and background.
- Identify, evaluate, screen, and present top talent to clients.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Utilize modern recruiting tools and platforms to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with team and stakeholders to ensure successful placement outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of overall experience in recruiting and staffing.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an agency environment.
- Experience in new client development and full-desk recruitment.
- Experience using recruitment software.
- Strong understanding of select industry sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Alignment with Executive Solutions' core values.
- Ability to work as an independent contractor.
- United States resident.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
