Responsibilities
- B2B sales and new business development for recruiting services.
- Contract negotiation with prospective clients to secure job requisitions.
- Account manage and maintain ongoing client relationships.
- Identify, evaluate, screen, and present top talent to clients.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Utilize modern recruiting tools and platforms to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with team and stakeholders to ensure successful placement outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience in new client development for full-desk recruitment.
- Experience using recruitment software.
- Strong understanding of select industry sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work as an independent contractor.
- United States resident.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
