We are currently looking for a Director of Analytics, someone who can put a story to the numbers and a brain behind the findings. Serving our key client, Diageo, you will serve as a key member of the strategy team, you'll be the cornerstone of taking your aptitude for harnessing data to provide insights that optimize client success.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the Data and Analytics Team of 3 to 5 to provide reports, trends and tactics that are driving business results
  • Mine multiple systems to identify insights and performance metrics that are the key drivers leading or hindering success and deliver results to account team
  • Provide a POV on best practices, reporting optimization and owns the process within the organization - streamlining communication, integration and deployment
  • Monitor long-term programs to ensure they are in line with forecasts and performing to goal
  • This role will split time between our CT (Norwalk) and NYC (mid-town) offices

What we are looking for from you:

  • 7-10 years of experience in data, business, finance (stats) or marketing reporting
  • You have a strong background in data manipulation and frameworks that drive business results
  • You are experienced in scrubbing data and excel manipulation to create compelling reports, and have some great ideas to share on how to do it better.
  • You must be comfortable working in a fast paced, growing company, ideally from an agency background.
  • Ready to take on any task and make it your own. You value hard work, dedication and building over title, “job responsibilities” or pay grades.
  • You are innovative and have a curious mind. You live to solve problems.
  • You measure success by achieving great results, inspiring your team, and creating new ideas and approaches and not by “climbing the corporate ladder”.
