You will review, analyze, and evaluate business processes, systems, applications, and user requirements.
You will recommend improvements to business processes and support critical business strategies.
The Analyst will administer, maintain, develop, and implement policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of client data.
Perform project work including researching new technologies, planning, requirements gathering, vendor management, testing, implementation, developing, and documenting solutions.
Perform Application Support which may involve resolving production issues, database issues, problem resolution, programming, batch scripting, security, administration, documentation, and vendor management.
Interview, document, and map current business and technical processes, documenting specific problems, and proposing solutions to address these problems using the latest technologies or industry best practices.
Performs compliancy maintenance, ensure existing infrastructure, applications and business processes meet with current and future regulatory controls placed on the organization (GAAP, PCI, HIPPA, COBIT, SOX).
Attend staff meetings.
Possess skills in a range of productivity applications like word processing, spreadsheets, presentation, and flowcharting.
Knowledge in gathering requirements, functional design, data mapping, and relational database design are desired.
We will train in Project Management and Business Process Mapping, Data Modeling and System Design.
Business Application Support and business process expertise is desired.
Excellent interpersonal, communication (written, verbal, listening), and presentation skills are desired.
Must be flexible, adaptable, learn quickly, and think strategically.
