Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES Kforce has a client seeking a Technology Delivery Manager in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Key Tasks Leads software technology team(s) responsible for solutions delivery to clients, and works very closely with external clients and internal stakeholders Focused on understanding stakeholders' needs, building deep relationship with clients, strategically aligning company's goals with client needs and requests Responsible for day to day communications with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, and proactively managing all issues and escalations, while translating technical-speak to client-friendly communications Oversees and accountable for team deliverables and all aspects of client support activities and aim for increased efficiency for superior service delivery to the business and users Drives organization and team change to ensure delivery processes are efficient and cost effective Monitors and adjusts staffing levels to operational needs, identifies risks, and creates contingency plans Facilitates and leads internal technical meetings for solutions delivery, and process enhancements Participates in triage calls, backlog management, and release planning Responsible for meeting clients' contractual service levels, ensuring compliance of regulations, and achieving high level of customer satisfaction Represents software organization in periodic business reviews internally and with customers Reviews incident service ticket trends, customer feedback, identifies problem root cause, and implements proactive remedial action Monitors and evaluates employee performance develops employee skills through mentoring and training Plays a vital role in creating long-term service delivery continual improvement, customer relationships, and ensuring the highest level of operational service delivery Collaborates with senior management, engineering teams, product teams, client services teams and operations ensuring alignment across teams REQUIREMENTS Background in SDLC and Project ManagementAgile methodologies is highly desirable Background in health plan management is desirable Ideal candidate could have started out as a software engineer or DBA, and over the years held leadership roles in Software Management andor Project Management, is client-focused, and great at both written and verbal communication Kforce is an Equal OpportunityAffirmative Action Employer.
