Who we are looking for The CRM ArchitectDeveloper is a hands-on role with primary responsibility for all aspects of CRM design and development for ASCO. This position will work closely with other CRM developers to architect, implement, re-engineer, support, troubleshoot, evangelize, enhance and upgrade CRM solutions and related processes, and procedures. What you will do Implement and maintain Dynamics CRM. Responsible for Dynamics CRM internals, setup, management, configuration, and customization Responsible for migrations, optimization and tuning ASCOrsquos CRM Solution Implement CRM plug-ins, workflows, APIs and modules to extend Microsoft CRM software with integration with other systems Ultimately be responsible for fluidity of overall CRM architecture as well as stability and performance of ASCOrsquos CRM production environment. Develop software strategies to create, maintain and support current and new software applications Provide direct solution support Document solutions and deployments, conduct and participate in architecturedesigncode reviews Bring in new technology solutions to be implemented to meet ASCOrsquos goals and objectives and contribute to advancement of the department in IT field. Interact with upper managementbusiness units and translate goals into feasible technical solutions. What you will need in order to be successful in this role Microsoft Dynamics architecture, design, implementation and deployment experience in delivering enterprise level solution. Ability to develop software based on the description of business logic and based on the existing Application. Ability to work and produce required results without close supervision. Experience on Agile development experience. 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRMXRM 5 years of implementation experience in medium to large scale (100users) environment 3 years of implementation experience in Azure Technologies Microsoft Dynamics CRM XRM customization, workflows and .NET integration Hands on development of plugins and custom workflow assemblies Working knowledge of the web resource capabilities within Dynamics CRM Deep understanding of promotional methodologies and standards General understanding of full lifecycle development of a Dynamics CRM application (installation, configuration, customization, and deployment) Understanding of the Microsoft and software technologies - .NET development, SQL Server system integration technologies and techniques, SOA, design patterns (MVC, MVP) A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 10 years of IT experience Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines
