Job Description

Job purpose: Administers and coordinates the setup and maintenance of GPS, Tablets, Zonar, and driver check-in devices. Major Responsibilities: 1) Handles customer service on order of GPS Devices. 2) Manages the process of maintaining the company assets using a TEM (Telecom Expense Management) system. Optimizes cost and efficiency by ensuring the appropriate internal process are followed for GPS setup, Tablet setup and other technology at a location 3) Coordinates all repairs of GPS Devices (e.g., programming phone, fix roller). 4) Makes cost saving decisions on replacement and purchase of technology devices at a location. 5) Recommends changes to procedures to increase efficiency with respect to ordering, servicing and administering technology services at a location. 6) Provides analysis and feedback to support projects as well as coordinating implementation. 7) Analyzes performance of technology at a location and provide actions to remedy GPS failed situations. 8) Ensure GPS, Tablets, and other technology systems are 100% up to date and functional 9) Coordinates with field personal to ensure proper set up of devices, coordination and connection with Tablets, Routing, etc. 10) Coordinates with FPS Routing to ensure all routing is up to date from the customer to ensure Tablets function as planned, providing up to date and accurate turn by turn directions. 11) Ensures GPS health for all devices and systems checks daily to address any malfunctions within the hour Minimum Education & Certifications Required: • College degree preferred • High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience & Skills Required: 2-3 years experience related experience preferred Job Requirements:
