Job Description

SummaryObjective The Senior Analyst, S4 Hana PP is a key member of the team responsible for the design, deployment, and ongoing support of the Global JELD-WEN SAP Enterprise Resource Planning Plan to Manufacture solution. Collaborates with a diverse Global ERP and IT group as well as corporate and regional business teams to achieve strategic goals and objectives by delivering a world-class solution as promised on time and budget. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the business user community, and IT colleagues, to plan and execute global planning projects, enhancements and long-term support. Provide support to the business in their use of SAP and ensure we are leveraging the software to the best use possible. Support the S4 PP processes, particularly production execution. Coordinate with the Q2C, PTP, and RTR team members. Utilize MRP, production orders, confirmations, MES integration, and production reporting in a primarily make-to-order and variant configuration environment. Keep up-to-date on the latest that SAP has to offer to ensure we are leveraging latest in technologies related to Manufacturing and that the company is a leader in its use of SAP. Continually identify opportunities to standardize and simplify manufacturing (and other) processes company-wide. Work side-by-side with the business userscustomers to understand their needs. Solve business problems and address production requirements across manufacturing processes and divisions. Ensure your solutions are fully tested. Required Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, related field or equivalent work experience. At least five years of strong experience in Production Planning. 5-7 years total experience in SAP. Expert knowledge and hands on configuration skills in Production planning and execution Multiple full lifecycle implementations. Global implementation experience is strongly desired. Variant configuration experience, including the development of super BOMs and Routings and the associated object dependencies Proven experience in an Enterprise team management role and previous responsibility for functional and technical guidance over the whole project lifecycle. Prior experience with development and facilitation of Blueprint workshops on multiple process areas and demonstrated strong integration experience within SAP. Proven experience developing training content and providing knowledge transfer to business "Super Users" Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve conflicts handle shifting priorities in a flexible manner. Exceptional communication skills Influence, collaboration and expectation management to work with Global Information Technology and business teams to deliver expected results. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Travel This position will be based at JELD-WEN Corporate headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina with 15-25 percent out of-area and overnight travel expectations.
