End User SupportDesktop Support Analyst Philadelphia, PA 19104 My client, a health system in Philadelphia, is seeking an End User Support Analyst for a 12 month contract opportunity. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a helpdesk environment Hands on experience with Windows 7, Window 10 migrations, MS Office applications Functional knowledge of O365, Active Directory, Citrix, Damware, SCCM, ServiceNow Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience deploying and supporting desktops, laptops and printers KNOWLEDGESKILLESABILITIES Analytical skills Detail oriented Multi-tasking and prioritization skills necessary Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under time constraints Effective customer service skills Strong interpersonal skills and must be a team player TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Strong troubleshooting skills around Windows 10 and 7 Strong troubleshooting skills around Office365 Experience working with ServiceNow SCCM BitLocker Compensation 18.00Hour W2 to 20.00Hour W2 Benefits Healthcare Medical, Dental, Vision 401K
