This is a temporary position and is expected to begin 1 June, 2020- 1 February, 2021 With a potential option for full time employment. Please note the full time employment option is not guaranteed. POSITION SUMMARY The Contractor shall ensure all systems are configured to the minimum-security baseline in accordance with AR 25-2 and local policy. All systems will be built using the Army Gold Master (AGM) baseline image provided by the RCC-P. MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES The Contractor shall ensure that all applicable IA Vulnerability Alerts (IAVAs) are applied prior to the suspense date and reports actions taken through designated reporting channels. Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) as bulletins also required actions IAW the established timelines. The currently designated solution in Automation Equipment, e.g. SCCM, shall be used to apply patches and IAVA fixes to computers attached to the networks. Cyber vulnerability scans will be conducted by the supported RCC-P prior to assessment and authorization and during the length of the contract to ensure that Cyberspace Security requirements are enforced. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in a related field, preferred. Operating System Certifications SNORT IDPSIPS Training Certificate based on current market offerings. Training IAW PWS Requirements IA Awareness Training, as specified in AR 25-2 Antiterroism Level I iWATCH Level I OPSEC TARP Training Rheater Specific Training, if applicable CSSP-A (CEH, CFR, CSA , GCIA, GCIH, GICSP, SCYBER) EXPERIENCE - Knowledge and minimum 2 years of experience in Information Assurance SystemsNetwork Analysis -Experience with Network intrusion detection system (NIDS) software such as SNORT - Experience with Army Cyber Security (CS) guidance and regulations.
