View all jobs Service Directorate (SE3) Test and Evaluation (T&E) Analyst Fort George G Meade, MD The Contractor shall prepare a Task Order Management Plan (TOMP) describing the technical approach, organizational resources, and management controls to be employed to meet the cost, performance, and schedule requirements throughout the PWS/task execution. Develop Test Concept Briefs (TCB) with a clear traceability to the DSM and provide a comprehensive understanding of the system, its requirements, and the strategy for testing and obtaining data for each requirement Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of a cohesive, integrated, and sound test approach. Provide assistance with Government Acceptance Testing (GAT), conduct (CM) processes associated with testing activities; and Release Management processes. Prepare and review of test plans, test scripts, test use cases, and test schedules. Support developmental and operational test execution by managing test activities, collecting and documenting data, and reporting system defects or test discrepancies Verify that products function properly after application specific Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) alerts, bulletins, etc., have been applied to the system. Education: Requires Master’s degree and 6 years of experience; or Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience. The degree must be in a relevant technical curriculum and experience must be related to the job duties. Certifications in the area of specialization may be substituted for 1 year of experience. Applicant must have experience developing test scenarios and/or scripts and must be capable of accurately documenting and reporting test results in a dynamic test environment. Experience: Experience in developing Operational Assessment/Testing Concept Briefs. Proficient in a firm foundation in testing - conducting test scenarios and documenting results Drafting test plans and reviews Specialized experience with Apache Jmeter tools. Specialized experience with Project Forge. Ability to identify and interpret functional and system level requirement products to support the development of test scenarios and/or requirements traceability products Highly proficient in both written and verbal communications amongst a diverse audience of stakeholders Must have ability to work independently or as a member of a team focused on meeting delivery deadlines within a defined schedule Have practical and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Must have a Secret security clearance Highly Desirable: Experience with Department of Defense Cloud-Based services Experience with test instrumentation and/or test automation tools Recent T&E experience with our or a similar Operational Test Authority organization Experience developing test scripts Time management skills Attention to detail Ability to work alone or as a member of a diverse team of test/system engineers
