Job Description

1-800-HANSONS, LLC is seeking a talented Digital Analytics Manager to join our Marketing team. This person will develop and grow our data analytics and manage the processes, tools, and people responsible for data collection, processing, and analysis. The Digital Analytics Manager will work closely with leaders across sales, operations, and marketing to support high-value data-driven decisions. They will ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures for analytics employees to follow. They will use best practice analytical techniques to establish new learnings helping drive business growth outcomes. The person in this position will use information and data analysis to drive insights that help business and industry issues faced by our company.

What You'll Do 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and marketing partners to best leverage analytics to construct dashboards and reporting in order to monitor business performance and drive better business decisions
  • Own Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager, monitoring tracking, auditing, and ensuring appropriate measurement practices are established and executed
  • Lead analytics projects applying modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover business growth opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, and analysis as well as reporting, visualization and communication deliverables.
  • Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in leadership, technology, sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Develop and implement quality controls and departmental standards to ensure quality standards, organizational expectations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop attribution process to measure and analyze multi-channel effectiveness.
  • Strong SQL skills, ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other digital analytics tools
  • Experience working with and creating databases and dashboards using relevant data to inform decisions and monitor business performance.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, especially as it relates to tag management, 3rd party marketing tags, and troubleshooting analytics implementations.
  • Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration, skills.
  • Experience with data visualization tools: Tableau, PowerBI or others
  • Experience with A/B testing tools: Optimizely, Visual Web Optimizer or others
  • Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business units.
  • Working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems and cloud-based data sources.
  • Deep understanding of Google Analytics (GA) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Experience with Visual Website Optimizer (VWO)
  • Experience developing dashboards and reporting in PowerBI, Google Studio or other tools

Salary

$80,000 - $90,000 per year
