The Systems & Data Analyst – 3 located in Englewood Co provides engineering-level Technical Service & Support for the Jeppesen NavData™ Product. Can also telecommute from AZ, CA, IL, MO, TX, VA, SC. Locations include: Englewood, Colorado; Alexandria, Virginia; Charleston, South Carolina; Chicago, Illinois; Seal Beach, California; Plano, Texas; Long Beach, California; Berkeley, Missouri; Hazelwood, Missouri; Mesa, Arizona; Dallas, Texas
Communicates directly with customers via email, phone or web. Obtains customer requirements and provides technical consultation for onboarding of new tailored NavData™ customers. Assists with continuing maintenance of existing tailored NavData™, and coordinates service suspensions & cancellations. Submits customer requirements to data production teams and billing. Resolves problems and questions regarding tailored content, format or errors/omissions in products that are escalated from Tier 1 Support, Sales/Services or received as direct inquiries from customers. Investigates product functional issues and determines appropriate actions for resolution. Serves as key contact point (liaison) between the customer and internal data production groups. Records customer interaction and resolution details in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Data Standards and Product Management. Provides input on new product implementations as well as current product modifications. Performs other duties as assigned.

TYPICAL EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.). Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.
This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
