Indegene is seeking an experienced Precision Medicine Data Analyst

Job Purpose:

The Precision Medicine Data Analyst is responsible to perform technical analysis of available data and leverage it to create structured analytic and research reports to support the Precision Medicine program.

Major Accountabilities

  • Responsible for curation of data including but not limited to real world data (RWD) provided by data vendors.
  • Responsible for hands-on analysis of the data to generate key actionable insights, achieve alignment with cross-functional analytics and primary market research teams, and deliver clear strategy and tactic recommendations to shape the Precision Medicine program
  • Engagement of the Precision Medicine team and partner with Commercial and Medical stakeholders to implement solutions tailored sto the needs of the team.

Ideal Background

  • Expert in data analytics and visualization including machine learning concepts and statistical analysis techniques, and experience with marketing analytics (e.g. segmentation, predictive models) and/or HEOR
  • Deep understanding of real world datasets in healthcare such as patient-level claims and electronic health records (EHR) data
  • Strong working knowledge of health care delivery especially in evolving Oncology market landscapes
  • Comfort working with data vendors and the ability to curate raw data into actionable reports
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Experience:
  • Advanced degree in quantitative discipline such as engineering, statistics, or data science

  • Analytics experience within the Pharmaceutical and/or Diagnostic Industry

Required Experience:

Key Skills/ Requirement

  • Data analytics and visualization including machine learning concepts and statistical analysis techniques,
  • Should have 1 to 2 years Pharma experience
