The Systems Engineer is a key technical leader within a dynamic, interdisciplinary team. He/she is central to the understanding and continuous improvement of a highly, complex operational system of people, processes, technology and information necessary to eliminate preventable harm and improve patient outcomes. The Systems Engineer provides a deep, data-driven understanding of the risks and opportunities within the system through rigorous data analysis and interpretation. He/she drives performance improvement through the disciplined application of systems engineering methodology.
