Tesla is seeking a strong critical thinker to join the Inside Sales Business Process and Analytics Team as a Business Intelligence Analyst. This role will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights and drive data-informed decision-making within the Inside Sales organization.
The ideal candidate will be able to create data modeling and apply statistical analysis to support strategies to optimize performance and maximize business channel production. They will need to thoroughly understand the business channels of the Inside Sales organization and their impact on other internal teams at Tesla to ensure that our processes are aligned with Tesla’s success. They will have the capacity to work at high speed with a high-caliber team, an unwavering dedication to integrity, and a passion to build world-changing innovations. To succeed in this role, you enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders, creating initiatives to support a strategic goal, and managing projects with multiple teams.
