Using practical knowledge of CRM solutions, the CRM Solutions Delivery Manager will manage and oversee the daily operations and priorities of experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments to support the design, development, and security of CRM solutions and architecture. Lead and direct a small to mid-sized team who design and implement CRM solutions that consider security, data control/management, customer needs, and long-term support.
