Role Summary: The Project Controls Analyst is responsible for schedule and cost control of all assigned projects within the Engineering and Construction Services (E&CS) group. The analyst is responsible to support the feasibility team and/or Project Manager in development of a work breakdown structure (WBS), cost estimate and schedule at the appropriate level for the project. Role Summary: The Project Controls Analyst is responsible for schedule and cost control of all assigned projects within the Engineering and Construction Services (E&CS) group. The analyst is responsible to support the feasibility team and/or Project Manager in development of a work breakdown structure (WBS), cost estimate and schedule at the appropriate level for the project. Once a project is active, the Project Controls Analyst will continue to track progress against the baseline schedule, update the schedule or manage a contract scheduler, track project cost against the baseline budget and generate monthly reports. The Analyst should work with the Project Manager to anticipate issues and suggest actions to stay on schedule and budget. In addition, the Analyst may be required to develop project metrics, run risk analysis on project estimates, and other duties as requested.
