Responsible for managing the agency's client services data for use in reporting, quality assurance and program design. The data analyst serves as a liaison between client service team and software systems to collect data, assure data quality and interpret data. This position manages client services databases, troubleshoots data issues and develops reports and queries to provide usable and reliable information to leadership team.
