The HR Data Architect should be an expert in data analysis, design, deployment, and management of ExxonMobil's data architecture for the HR function globally as well as be an advisor, leader, educator and mentor to other team members and data professionals. The HR Data Architect will be responsible for defining how HR's structured, semi-structured and unstructured data will be stored, consumed, integrated / shared and reported by different IT application systems and end users. They will define and align data architecture and principles to the overarching enterprise architecture. They will analyze current state data architecture, conceive desired future state data architecture, and identify steps needed to close the gaps between the states.
