The Marketing Department of Arnold & Porter has an opening for a Marketing Database Assistant in the firm’s Washington, DC or New York office. The Marketing Database Assistant plays an important role in the continued success of the firm’s experience/knowledge management platform (Litera’s Foundation Software). This position ensures that the Marketing and Business Development (BD) teams have complete, up-to-date experience and other types of data important for marketing and business development projects. The Assistant is also responsible for engaging with BD team members on their data needs and providing feedback for improvements.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assisting the Director of Marketing Operations and Technology and the Marketing Technology Analyst with data entry into an industry-leading experience database platform, Foundation.
