Job Details: Desktop Services Analyst
Are you a Desktop Services Analyst with experience in providing 2nd level technical support for hardware and software issues? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can work on various concurrent projects? If so, we want you to join our team at our Washington, DC-based Information Technology Department!
As our Desktop Services Analyst, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support, replicate problems, and debug with internal resources. You’ll also actively monitor conferencing sessions to quickly identify and resolve issues. Our successful candidate will possess experience with microcomputers in a legal environment, relevant technical certifications, and strong communication and customer service skills.
