Under general supervision and direction of the Vice Provost for Enrollment Management, manages team responsible for performing business analysis using various techniques, e.g. statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, data mining and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) tools to create high quality reports to be used for operational and executive level decision making.

Hires, supervises and manages staff.

Leads other employees in the unit to develop reports in CaRT, Catalyst, Slate, SAP, etc.
Leverages the Student Information System (PeopleSoft), Admissions Systems (Slate and Common App), and other university system to analyze data, create reports, and make recommendations.
Utilizes ETL tools to automate standard reporting.
Evaluates diverse data sets, identifies new types of data and data sources to determine patterns; synthesizes the data into meaningful metrics and numbers; monitors data quality, identifies inconsistencies, and development of recommendations to optimize business processes and performance.
