Summary/Objective:
A Business Analyst is a person who uses analysis and design techniques to solve business problems. This position serves as a change agent who identifies the organizational improvements needed, designs systems to implement those changes and motivates others to use the system.
The Business Systems Analyst is an integral member of the Steel Warehouse D365 ERP team and is tasked with working with Business Stakeholders to understand and document business processes and business requirements. In this role, the BSA will document current state as-is processes and drive consensus towards a desired to-be state. Also, the BSA must translate business requirements through analysis and design into complex functional solutions. The BSA plays a leadership role in the planning/analysis, design, and testing phases of D365 ERP projects, working closely with business stakeholders and the entire project team to ensure project success.
